My First Encounter with Buddleia
My first experience with Buddleias came at an Oregon nursery, where I sorted mixed Miss Molly and Miss Violet plants in full bloom among countless bees. I also saw the plants recover remarkably quickly after herbicide damage, proving their resilience. Sterile varieties offer vivid colors and strong pollinator appeal without the invasiveness of Buddleia davidii. Favorites include Miss Violet, Pink Micro Chip, and the soft-periwinkle Asian Moon.
