How Fixing Typos Helped My Business
While transcribing interviews in Microsoft Word, I noticed that the way it handles typos mirrors how we solve problems in business and life. Some mistakes are obvious, while others are quietly "corrected" into something equally wrong. The biggest communication failures often come from assumptions, missing context, or too much information. Better leadership means slowing down just enough to understand intent, communicate clearly, and stay focused on what truly matters.
